We are now recruiting a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join the MarCom team in Adven Group.

About the role

In the role of Marketing and Communications Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing marketing and communications initiatives that drive growth and customer retention in our district heating and industrial energy businesses in Sweden
• Strengthening and evolving the Adven brand to enhance awareness and perception among key audiences, including businesses, communities, and future talent
• Supporting the development of the Group-wide marketing and communications strategy, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our ways of working within the Group MarCom team
• Creating engaging and relevant content for our website and local social media channel
• Adapting and localizing marketing activities initiated by the Group or other business segments to suit the Swedish market

You will be part of Adven MarCom team and report to SVP Sustainability, Marketing & Communications. The position will be based in Stockholm or in Örebro. Alternating between office and remote work is possible according to company practices.

To succeed in this role

• A good grab of and fluency in content creation, be it website, press media or social media.
• Ability to fluently communicate in Swedish and English.
• The mindset of a team player and structured doer is your asset.
• You have previous experience of 2 years in similar role, and a degree in marketing and communications to back you up.
• We value understanding or earlier experience within the energy field or similar societally vital services.
